Media Share - Confidential Workspace
Law Clerk Connection, LLC on 01-Nov-2008 05:23:43 PM
Each legal project awarded contains a Media Share function to help keep your files organized.  Media Share allows the Lawyer and Law Clerk to share files in a confidential manner.

Find Media Share in your Control Panel (CP) under your current project under the “Work” heading if you are a Lawyer, or “Share” heading if you are a Law Clerk.

With Media Share, you can create sub-folders and upload documents to share with only your chosen Law Clerk.

Law Clerks:  Use the “Private” Folder to keep your work on that project until you are ready to upload a final project to the Lawyer.  Use the “Share” Folder to – you guessed it – share documents with the supervising Lawyer.  Uploading is easy – simply browse files on your personal hard drive and select the document you want to upload.

Lawyers:  Use the “Private” Folder for whatever suits you.  Use the “Share” Folder to pass documents back and forth to your Law Clerk.  Copy and/or move document to and from each folder with ease.

Once your project is complete, access to these files is disabled.
