What does Pending Escrow mean from my Next Step column?Law Clerk Connection, LLC on 26-Oct-2008 10:03:28 PM After a service auction has been awarded the service provider would see Pending Escrow under their Next Step column if the auction owner (buyer) has not funded the escrow account for that auction. When a buyer successfully forwards funds for the awarded bid amount this Next Step column will change reflecting the next stage for that service auction.
