Who pays the transaction fee for generating a new invoice?Law Clerk Connection, LLC on 26-Oct-2008 10:04:17 PM If a service provider needs to create additional invoices to be paid by their buyers, a transaction fee is paid by the service provider. When a new invoice is generated to the buyer, a new invoice is created to be paid by the service provider for that transaction fee amount.
